ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time trying this class and I enjoyed it. The coach was hands-on, patient, and took the time to teach me the movements properly. The gym is also spacious and clean. Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReview Our experience at Slimmers World Megamall was a bit mixed. When we arrived, the front desk greeted us warmly and gave us a bracelet for visiting, which was a nice touch. After that, we were escorted by a sales representative who immediately started trying to close a membership with us. After the sales discussion, we decided to try the equipment ourselves. Unfortunately, since we were using a ClassPass membership, there was no staff assistance or guidance during our workout. We ended up doing all of our sets on our own. Overall, the facility and equipment were okay, but I think the experience would have been much better if ClassPass visitors were also given some basic assistance or orientation, especially for first-time visitors.
