The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesHad a great experience at the open gym. The space is conducive for workouts, well-ventilated, and comfortable. The staff are easy to approach whenever assistance is needed. I also had no issues with the treadmill. It was well-maintained and worked smoothly throughout my workout. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free gym experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesDefinitely felt the burn (with Vern) 😂😂!! It was a challenging class! First timer here, but our coach was so encouraging and fun. I enjoyed the challenge! The studio’s just hot since there’s no AC. Something I hope they can consider adding in the future.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLocation is easy to find, however there’s no parking readily available. Registration was pretty smooth and the class started a bit late. The class itself was fun, considering I had zero experience with pole dancing. The coach adjusted the skills to match my level. Quite a bit of lull time since the group I joined were quite advanced but overall, great experience. Will definitely come back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuper fun class! Coach was funny and really supportive, which honestly made the whole studio vibe feel so welcoming. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
