Chelsea gives great direction and modifications. She helps you be at peace at the beginning and end of class and reminds you of your own personal intentions. Namaste 🙏🏽

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my third time going and each time I feel so in tune with my body. I feel stretched and aligned, and lighter overall. The studio is so cute and calm and exactly what you’d want for a yoga flow. It helps that there aren’t so many people crammed in bc you can really focus on yourself and your body. I will be going back!
