I did 4-5 classes at the studio before, but I hadn’t really gotten the hang of it until now. Taking that extra time to explain everything and how to do the movements made all the difference (or even setting up the bike… apparently I was doing it a bit wrong 😅). I wish the studio promoted these types of classes in advance to plan ahead and attend, and to bring other friends who want to try it.

Volgens mij werd er alleen hand op m’n rug gelegd terwijl ik met mijn buik op de tafel lag. En toen besefte ik mij hoe slecht mijn postuur de afgelopen weken was geweest en hoeveel stress er was opgebouwd in mijn lichaam. Na de sessie voelde ik mij gelijk een stuk beter, en misschien zit het in m’n hoofd, ook iets langer. Bedankt!
