The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. Le cours a très bien été guidé, c’est vraiment ce que je recherche quand je pratique le yin… une safe place pour faire du bien à mon corps grâce à toutes ses positions d’étirement, et à mon esprit pour relâcher la pression.
