ver todas as avaliaçõesCha cha is a natural born yoga instructor. She has a calming voice and beautiful messaging that helps to open up thought pathways that are so gentle and healing. Sometimes when you get caught up in the stress of life, it’s hard to center yourself and refocus your energy, but she was wonderful and I felt so rejuvenated after practice. The studio is clean and modern, and I loved the whole experience!

One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

A lot of frenetic energy but Jenny was so kind in graciously asking the chatty Kathys to move along. After the room cooled down and the practice began it was amazing. I’d never tried Reiki and the combination of it with a restorative practice was just perfect in this winter season. 💙🧘🏼♂️

The instructor had an incredible wealth of knowledge, impeccable timing for cues, an abundance of knowledge on anatomy, and perfect flow. I didn’t want this class to end. It’s very gentle yet effective. He beautifully pays homage to the roots of yoga with mantras and mindfulness practices. Cannot recommend enough. This class is widely accessible for all ages, practice levels, and most able bodied persons.
