ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was the best Sound Bath I have ever experienced. Each sound got better and better and I would absolutely join this Sound Bath again. It was also my very first time at the studio and it definitely felt like a sacred space and I was filled with gratitude for having been led there. I also want to say thank you too. The wonderful woman who greeted me and got me settled in, I felt very taken care of. I thought I had come prepared, but she offered me an eye pillow and some additional props to ensure I was as cozy as can be including an extra blanket and bolster and pillow. My favorite part was when the crystal harp was played on my body, and I got to feel the vibrations. I am so grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the next opportunity to experience it again.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve done this class twice and I’ve loved it both times! It’s pretty similar each time, we learn a turn or two, how to switch from open to closed positions. I had a great time as an experienced dancer but my partner who was brand new to dancing was able to learn well too! You can opt to stay with the same partner the whole time or change every few minutes. I highly recommend for a fun date night!
