ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat workout there! Woke up sore but a good sore for sure. Yanni was very nice! I liked the style and switch up through the time there (5 stations x 6 rounds at each). I liked pretty much everything besides the constant high fives lol it’s nice in theory once in a while but I didn’t need it after every round. Overall though, I really liked it and would recommend!!
