ver todas as avaliaçõesI signed up for beginner flamenco with Julie as a first timer to not only dancing, but Flamenco. She was so kind from the beginning, welcoming and had the best energy. I learned the basics and a routine with a video that I could take home if I wanted to practice on my own. We took class to live guitar and at the end percussion and vocals as well. It was such a great time and was a great way to learn something new.

Cardio Dance
ver todas as avaliaçõesWalking in I was nervous 1) because I’m not the best dancer and 2) I’ve never taken a dance class. I was greeted with music and a welcoming energy ! The instructor was full of energy the entire class and never made anyone feel like they were doing it wrong. I love that everyone is allowed to be themselves while getting a good workout in. Also the playlist was fire …definitely going back for more!
