Yoga is so much more than asana and exercise and while Ali definitely stoked the fire within me with a powerful Ashtanga vinyasa sequence (e.g., we literally we fogged up the windows), she took the time to actually TEACH us something more. Starting the class with breath work and a dharma talk was a breath of fresh air not felt in many DC power classes. Can’t begin to express how much I loved it.

I knew we would sign my son up for classes. However, life happened, and when we finally signed up, Mr.Wane remembered us. My family watched how Mr.Wane was attentive and caring with his students. We learned about other classes. A member of our family took a class and gave raving reviews (I expected nothing less). I signed up and can’t stop talking about Mr.Wane and his classes. He is literally a household name. My family cannot keep his name out of our mouths. He is a bright light and has a wealth of fitness knowledge. He is, hands down, amazing. This class was phenomenal; from the outside, it looked easy, but once you're on the mat with the gloves on, you step into a new world. 10 out of 10, I recommend all the classes.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI have wanted to try Margaret’s studio due to my interest in her training in Ashtanga, a practice that is rare to find in studios around here. She’s a traditional practitioner and it shows even in her Yoga Basics class where she weaved in elements of Ashtanga into our class. She’s very nice and attentive to your form and will realign you and talk to you about the reasons of her corrections. I will be coming back due to her strength and knowledge.
