I appreciated all of her modification tips for easier or more challenging efforts. Her chill vibe and joyful smile made it worth coming on a rainy day! Decent playlist as well. It was my first time along with 2 other girls, and she made sure that we were comfortable and understood the basics of boxing. I was nervous about trying this class at first because I don’t have any prior fighting/boxing experience, but Noor seriously made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She encouraged people to take breaks when they needed and there was absolutely no pressure to push yourself past what you could handle. She made my first experience 10/10!
